SPORTS: Green Vale's Field Hockey Team Finishes Second
A recent 3-0 win against a strong team from Riverdale put the Green Vale field hockey team in second place within the varsity level Metropolitan Field Hockey League for the season. Lauren Taylor, Sarah Kirk and Meghan Lesko scored goals. Goalie Christine Cosentino denied all attempts at scoring against her team. The team will begin the MFHL Championship Tournament at Asphalt Green in Manhattan on Friday, Oct. 27. FULL STORY
