The summer is quickly coming to an end. Unfortunately, we will not be having our traditional end of summer community picnic this year. The customary weekend we hold our picnic is the weekend after Labor Day. This year, the Jewish High Holidays fall out on that weekend. Subsequent weekends also pose similar concerns. This is only a one year occurrence. Next year, our picnic will be bigger and better than ever.

The OPPCA Board of Directors would like to remind our residents that school will soon open. Although most children take the bus, there are still many children who walk to school, so please obey the stop signs, drive slowly and avoid a tragic accident.
