Women's Soccer Signs Syosset Resident to National Letter of Intent
The Vanderbilt women's soccer team has signed two players to national letters of intent, head coach Ronnie Hill recently announced. Midfielder Susan McAleavey, a resident of Syosset and defender Monica Buff (Lilburn, GA/Parkview) are the newest additions to the Commodores' roster. Hill believes both players will see action immediately for the Commodores.

Syosset Baseball Mandatory Spring Evaluations
The Syosset Baseball Association will hold mandatory Player Evaluation Sessions for all children born between August 1, 1992 and July 31, 1994 (9 and 10 Year Olds) who are registered to play during the Spring 2003 season. Every player in this category must attend one of the following Sessions: Sat., March 1 from 3 - 6:30 p.m. at Willits Elementary School Gym; Sun., March 2, from 11 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. at Thompson Middle School Gym; Sat., March 8, from 3 - 6:30 p.m. at Willits Elementary School Gym; Sun., March 9, from 11 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. at Thompson Middle School Gym.
