Jericho's Best Honored at Graduation Ceremony
Jericho High School's top graduates were honored at this year's graduation. Adam Kaufman was named co-valedictorian, Glenn Todaro was named co-valedictorian and Marissa Markowitz was named Salutatorian for Jericho's class of 2003.

Jericho High School Class of 2003 Encouraged to Make the Most of Life
Early morning rain did not dampen spirits on Sunday, June 22 at the Tilles Center as family and friends joined 194 members of the Class of 2003 for the 43rd annual Jericho High School Commencement. After students, in a sea of blue and gold, entered the auditorium to sounds of Pomp and Circumstance, the 9 a.m. ceremony began with the Pledge, the National Anthem, and welcoming remarks by Student Council President Adam Katz and Vice President Richard Steinberg.

Landsman Captures GHI Hamlet Jr. Tennis Title
Sarah Landsman of Syosset recently captured the 14-year-old age category at the GHI Hamlet Junior Tennis Challenge, which took place at the Hamlet Golf & Country Club in Commack. Landsman defeated Meg Tyner of Brookville, 7-6 (4), 7-5 for the championship.

Neighborhood Classic Set for August 3
On August 3 and Aug. 10, Josh Cohen, a graduate student from Long Island, will host his sixth Annual LI 3-on-3 Neighborhood Basketball Classic at the Merry Lane basketball courts in Jericho, which are next to the Jericho Library.
