The Men's Club of Temple Or Elohim recently presented a check for $2,500 to Rabbi Harvey Abramowitz. The money was raised during their second annual golf outing held at Woodcrest Country Club on July 24. This year, the event included a round of golf, a gourmet lunch and a hearty dinner at the club. Everyone enjoyed the picturesque course and the great food.

The Men's Club acknowledges the volunteer efforts and dedication of members John Klein, Todd Fabricant, and Howard Rosenthal. Special thanks to Legend Nissan of Syosset for their generous sponsorship of a Nissan 350Z hole-in-one prize. They and the golf participants all helped to make this a successful event.

Rabbi Abramowitz commented, "This generous donation given to the Rabbi's Discretionary Fund will be used to enhance the quality of our children's programs. I am grateful for the support the Men's Club has given to me and to our temple's children."
