Nassau County Executive Thomas Suozzi will host a fundraiser for the Nassau County September 11 Memorial to be built in Eisenhower Park on Monday, Sept. 8, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. The event will be held at the Carltun on the Park in Eisenhower Park in East Meadow. Syosset Schools administration was very busy interviewing and hiring new faculty members and administrators throughout the summer. Over 60 new staff members attended an orientation meeting on Aug. 27 held at South Woods Middle School. Members of the Board of Education, PTA representatives, Superintendent Dr. Carole G.
