The first major junior tennis tournament of 2004, a National Level 4 Event, took place on Long Island in the following age groups: Girls 12 and under, Boys 12 and under, Girls 14 and Under, Boys 14 and under, Girls 16 and under, Boys 16 and under, Girls 18 and under and Boys 18 and Under.

Four players from Jericho made the finals of their age group: Cory Parr, age 16, won the Boys 16 and under championship; Brian Koniecko, age 16, won the Boys 18 and under championship; Blair Seideman, age 11, won the Girls 12 and under championship and Nicolle Stracar, age 11, was the runner up in the Girls 12 and under championship.
