Two years ago, Christine Condon started the Jericho Jayhawks travel softball program with one team in the U-10 division. The program has since grown into two teams, one in the U-10 division and one in the U-12 division. The U-10 team, coached by Marty Feinstein and Steve Divack, had a great season, except when Mother Nature interrupted us with rain. The team played windmill-style pitching in the very competitive National Junior Baseball League. As the season went on the team improved dramatically, especially in hitting and base running. We look forward to the fall season.

If any girls are interested in trying out for the fall team (your 11th birthday must be prior to January 1, 2007), please call Marty Feinstein at 317-2510.
