Nassau County District Court Judge Randy Sue Marber is seeking election to the New York State Supreme Court for the 10th Judicial District, which includes all of Nassau and Suffolk counties. With Election Day, Nov. 7, around the corner, I want to tell you why I support Judge Marber and why she will make an excellent Supreme Court Justice.

After 15 years of experience as a trial attorney, two years as principal law clerk/law secretary to Supreme Court Justice and Associate Appellate Term Justice Allan Winick and five years on the District Court bench, Judge Marber enjoys a reputation of fairness, efficiency and respect. She possesses a work ethic and temperament that has earned her praise from the Bar, judicial colleagues and court personnel. Judge Marber has been consistently rated "Well-Qualified" by the Judicial Screening Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association.

Please join me on Nov. 7 by voting for Judge Randy Sue Marber. We owe it to ourselves, our friends and families to elect a fair, intelligent and qualified judge to the Supreme Court.

I encourage you to learn more about Judge Marber and her campaign by visiting her website: www.Marber4SupremeCourt.com.
