The Syosset Xtreme, the U12 American Division team of SYAC Girls Travel Softball, wrapped up their fall season with an exciting game against the Smithtown Bombers on Sunday, October 29. The teams competed on a sunny but chilly day at H.B. Thompson Middle School field in Syosset.

The Syosset Storm, the U10 team, conclude season play with a doubleheader against the Long Island Lady Sharks at Thompson Field this Sunday, November 5. The Syosset Flames, the National Division U12 team, concluded play October 22. All teams play in the highly competitive softball divisions of the National Junior Baseball League (NJBL).

SYAC Travel continues league play in the Spring. For more information on this program and on the regular SYAC Spring leagues (grades K-8) that involve more than 600 girls in the community, visit: www.syacgs.org. Registration for the Spring SYAC season begins in January, with a series of skills evaluation dates to be announced.
