Players from all divisions of SYAC Girls Softball are invited to participate in a series of SYAC Player Skills Clinics led by former Major Leaguer Rusty "The Defensive Specialist" Torres.

Sessions began on April 7 and continue Saturdays, April 14 and 21, from 10 a.m. to noon. They take place at Hap Harris "C," the center softball field behind Syosset High School. Parking is at South Woods MS or Syosset High. There is no sign-up and no fee for registered SYAC players.

Rusty is a terrific teacher, and he makes learning the game of softball fun. SYAC coaches and parents are invited to come and participate to pick up tips on how to effectively teach softball skills and run a fun practice.

For more information, contact Rich Gertler 921-1293, rich@syacgs.org or visit the SYAC Website: www.syacgs.org.
