The 3rd Annual Long Island Spring Triathlon and Relay will be held on Saturday, Sept. 23 at Jones Beach State Park. Awards will be given to the overall male and female, also the top five individuals, three relay teams in each division, top five male and female Jones beach lifeguards, a Clydesdale awards category, and awards in separate age categories for male and female.

The individual registration fee is $60 per competitor if postmarked by Sept. 5. For all relay teams, the registration fee is $100 if postmarked by Sept. 15, otherwise it is $105. Late registration will be at Runner's Edge in Farmingdale, Sept. 19 and 20 at $70 per competitor or $105 per relay team.

The event is sponsored by the New York State Office of Parks and Recreation Historic Preservation, Racing Unlimited Inc. and the Long Island Convention and Visitors Bureau and Sports Commission.
