The Wiz

Westbury High School presents The Wiz, the musical retelling of the Wizard of Oz. Tickets are $8, and children 10 and under are free.

Knights Of Columbus Event 

Come enjoy a night of food and fun with the Knights of Columbus at Our Lady of Hope in Carle Place. There will be a spaghetti dinner and a Night at the Races. Tickets are $12 in advance, $15 at the door and children under 8 are free. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Call 294-9748 for tickets and more information. 

Village E-Cycle Day

Residents can drop off electronics such as computers, printers, televisions, copiers, fax machines, etc at the Department of Public Works Facility at 500 Dover Street from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. 

Night In The Tropics

Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, 130 Jerusalem Avenue, in Hicksville, will host Night in the Tropics from 7 to 11 p.m. on April 13.  Admission is $30 per person and includes dinner, raffles and entertainment. Music by Davey and the Waverunners, a Jimmy Buffet tribute band. Portion of proceeds go to community outreach. Tickets must be purchased or reserved by April 10. Frankie Valli And The Four Seasons 

Frankie Valli will be performing at NYCB Theatre at Westbury. The show starts at  8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 7 p.m. on Sunday. Tickets can be purchased at livenation.com .

YomHaShoah (Holocaust Remembrance Day)

The Jewish Community Relations Council, in partnership with Nassau County’s State Senate Delegation and Assembly Delegation, will be honoring Holocaust survivor and Nassau county resident Charlotte Schwimmer. Barbershop Harmony Concert

The Barbershop Harmony Society’s Nassau Mid-Island Chapter takes center stage at Carle Place High School (168 Cherry Lane) to offer “Barbershop – Broadway & Beyond,” on Saturday evening, at 8 p.m. Tickets are $15 at the door. The Long Island Harmonizers chorus, its talented quartets and “’Up All Night,” a top guest quartet, entertain during the two-hour presentation. Community Reform Temple

The Community Reform Temple will be having a Sisterhood Rummage Sale. They will be selling gently-used and new items, including clothing, shoes, costume jewelry, toys and small appliances. On Saturday, hours are 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., on Sunday, 10 a.m. to noon.  On Sunday, you can buy 2 large bags and get one free. Community Reform Temple is located at 712 The Plain Road, Westbury.
