Last Call for Spring High School Rugby

The North Hempstead Lions U19 RFC invites all students who have not selected a spring sport to join them for an exciting 10-game schedule that starts Sunday, April 1.

Enjoy 600 minutes of playing while learning a sport you can continue to play at college. Just two practices per week required. Everybody plays, no bench and no cuts.
